1- SALES CONDITIONS:

The placing of an order implies the full and unconditional acceptance of the client, of TT International Group (SAL) Corporation general conditions.

a- Order Acceptance Policy:

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute a confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason and without justifications. We may require additional information before accepting any order. If your order was refused we will not charge your credit card with any fees whatsoever and we will give you back the money you already paid.

b- Shipping and Delivery:

- Clients should deliver us their documents and pick them up upon completion, unless they required a special delivery service.

- Delivery must be arranged via e-mail, LibanPost or any other international express mail company.

- All deliveries are made at the clients' expense and risk.

c- Order Cancellation:

Once our clients pay for the service they require, either online or through any other form of payment, they will not be able to cancel their order.

d- Refund Policy:

We guarantee the quality of our TPT℠ service. If you are not completely satisfied, return the work to us within 96 hours and we will make the necessary changes to meet your requirements.

We do not make any refunds for completed services under any circumstances.

e- Governing Law:

In the event the use of our services results in any conflict, such conflict must be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Therefore, each client irrevocably agrees to submit, for the benefit of the Company, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Lebanon.

f- Payment Fraud:

We will take all necessary measures to verify payers' identity. The Company is entitled to inform any relevant authorities of any payment fraud or unlawful activity, and to employ collection services to recover payments. However, under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any unauthorized use of credit cards, irrespective of whether the credit cards were reported stolen or not.

g- Prices

The prices posted on this site are in US dollars, unless otherwise specified. The dates, times, conditions and prices are subject to change without notice and may be subject to additional conditions to those indicated on the site. 2- CONFIDENTIALITY:

Any personal information we receive will be treated with the strictest confidentiality, will only be used for the purpose it was received for and will not be passed to third parties except as stipulated by law.

All our translators and employees have signed confidentiality agreements with us.

3- PRIVACY POLICY:

When you request any of our online services or apply for a job, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, type of business etc. This allows us to process and fulfill your requests.

We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important changes to the website, new TT International Group (SAL) Corp. services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable.

TT International Group (SAL) Corp. does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may provide aggregate statistics about our clients, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third parties, but these statistics will include no information that might identify our clients.

TT International Group (SAL) Corp. may release information about its clients when it believes, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of the agreements it has with its clients, (iii) protect its rights or property, or protect those of its clients or of others.

4- PAYMENT:

a- Clients dealing with us for the first time must pay all the amount we charge them for our services in advance.

b- Our usual clients are entitled to installment facilities: they pay 50% of the project's cost in advance, 30% upon completion of half of the project as second payment and the remaining 20% upon delivery of the project.

c- The accepted forms of payment are: cash, Western Union, bank transfer, bank checks and online payment via credit cards.

d- A 25% fee will be charged for bounced checks (at which time cash or money transfer is required).

e- For projects of more than 5000 USD, all our clients residing abroad without representatives in Lebanon must open for our benefit a standby letter of credit for the full amount of the project and abide by the above-mentioned payment procedures, or pay the full amount using our Electronic Online Payment page.

f- Natural persons should send us a copy of their ID and juristic persons should send us their commercial circular along with the name and copy of the ID of the person authorized to sign on their behalf.

g- In case of any delay in payment, the work on the project will be suspended until the client pays his dues.

5- ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS SECURITY:

We only accept payments via MasterCard or Visa Card. For your protection, we always verify that your information is correct. Therefore, we cannot accept credit cards from banks that do not allow address verification over the Internet. Please refer to your card holder agreement for all rules and regulations pertaining to your card. For all your online payments we use the services of NetCommerce which applies the newest technologies in encryption and security. All the Data exchange between our website and NetCommerce payment gateway is encrypted.

NetCommerce dynamic monitoring scanners, and the monitoring department do daily monitoring and notify us of any fraud or suspicious activity taking place on our website.

We follow all regulations when processing card transactions. Proper card transactions processing provides security for all parties involved.

6- DISCLAIMER: 

a- TT International Group (SAL) Corp. will not be held liable for damages of any kind resulting from loss or delay in transit of documents, whether such transit is carried out via e-mail, fax, mail or any other method.

b- TT International Group (SAL) Corp. will not be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including without limitation, damages resulting from business interruption, loss of information, plagiarism, etc…).

c- TT International Group (SAL) Corp. will not be held liable for any typographical omissions or errors in the original document to be translated, proofread or typed.

d- TT International Group (SAL) Corp. retains the right to decline to take on any project at its discretion.

e- TT International Group (SAL) Corp. will not be held liable for:

- Orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the clients.

- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipients not being present at the time of delivery at the addresses supplied by the clients.

f- You must agree to abide by all of the provisions mentioned in this Agreement in order to remain an authorized user of the site. Your use of the site constitutes an agreement from your side to abide by those provisions.

g- You are solely responsible for your use of the site and for ensuring that your use complies fully with the provisions of this Agreement.

h- TT International Group (SAL) Corp. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, limit, or discontinue any aspect, content, or feature of the site, as well as any aspect pertaining to the use of the site.

i- We do not guarantee continuous or secure access to our services, and numerous factors not under our control may interfere in the operation of our site.

j- If any provision of this Agreement is considered invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

k- TT International Group (SAL) Corp. ensures the quality of its TPT℠ service only.

7- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Names, words, titles, expressions, logos, icons, graphic elements, drawings, diagrams or other content appearing on the pages of the site are commercial designations or trademarks held by TT International Group (SAL) Corp., or commercial designations or trademarks granted to it by virtue of a permit or license and are thus protected. All other material contained on the site is also protected by copyright. The unauthorized downloading, retransmission, copying or modification of trademarks, images, text or data contained on the site may contravene Lebanese or international laws, and especially the laws pertaining to trademarks, industrial drawings or copyright, and may subject the visitor to legal proceedings.
